Privacy Policy

Your personal information will not be sold or shared with any other company except when that company is providing a technical (non-sales) service to Zymurgy such as outsourced technical support.

Acceptable Use Policy

• You are not allowed to send unsolicited commercial email either through our mail servers or advertising a web site hosted with us.
• We do not host gaming sites (games for money). Such sites will be removed.
• We do not host pornographic sites. Such sites will be removed.
• Any site that contains code that harms the server either by intent or accident will be removed.
• Any site that breaks the law either in the clients' location or in Zymurgy's location (Aurora, Ontario, Canada) will be removed.
• Sites whose bills are more than 30 days in arrears will be removed.
• The person or business that hosts a site that is removed for violation of this Acceptable Use Policy is not entitled to a refund of any kind. When possible we will re-enable your site after the violation is corrected.
